Ensure the safety of educational facilities before it is too late.

The Norwegian Refugee Council (NRC) recorded a total of 52 attacks on education in Colombia in the first half of 2025. This figure represents an alarming average of one attack every three days in six departments of the country where the organisation has a presence. NRC reiterates its urgent call to state institutions and the international community to intensify their efforts to halt this trend and ensure the safety of educational facilities before it is too late.
